Sarah brings program-level leadership to infrastructure inspection projects that operate under complex access, regulatory, and schedule constraints. She specializes in keeping projects moving where access challenges, multi-agency oversight, and operational risk would otherwise delay or derail field execution.
Sarah has served as a single point of accountability for access coordination, stakeholder management, and execution planning on multiple high-visability construction projects involving federal facilities, utilities, railroads, municipalities, private property owners, and restricted or environmentally sensitive sites. Her approach focuses on early risk identification, proactive coordination, and translating regulatory and security requirements into clear, executable field plans
